Alongside every video are step-by-step,detailed coaching tips so you can understand the goal of the exercise and how to perform it correctly. Avoid the common mistakes and learn it right the first time. Nothing is the same as having your own coach right there with you but we think this comes pretty close. We have great plans for the ongoing development of TRACapp, including a complete training journal and workout logging system and the ability to form a customised online community for your own gym, box or area. We all work better with support from others so our plan is to allow users to create a community with friends where you can compare and assess your results via leaderboards for each movement, share achievements on social media and be able to encourage one another on towards greater results.
